Welcome!
The Inter-Service Club Council (ISCC) of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is a membership organization devoted to the exchange of information, issues and ideas for our mutual benefit and for the betterment of the larger community. We host the Annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony and Award Presentations each August to acknowledge those who serve our community and to inspire others to do the same.
Purpose and Objectives
We serve the City of Fairfax and surrounding communities through:
Fundraising

Volunteers to help homeless or families needing a lift
Holiday gifts and food
Grants in Aid
Volunteers of the Year Awards
Student Volunteer Festival
Advocacy for less fortunate

ISCC Meeting Purpose and Objectives:
Act as a clearing house for the exchange of ideas
Schedule events to relieve conflicts.
Improve administrative communications.
Share objectives.
Pool resources.
Encourage media relations.
Further develop an amity of relations among its member organizations.
Promote friendship, goodwill and understanding among member organizations
Coordinate projects amount the various ember organizations so conflicts of interest can be alleviated
Communicate with and inform members on community-related activities, opportunities and challenges
Discuss community challenges and opportunities to influence member organizations towards making the community a better place to live and grow
